Great accomodation and value

Excellent accomodation and great value for money. One opportunity for improvement would be to make sure that the payment terms are clear from the start. Hotels.com told us that we had paid 50% up front when booking but we had to pay 100% of the cost upon arrival. Will i ever see my 50% deposit again?

Difficoltà nel trovare la reception. La signora PARLA SOLO TEDESCO, capisco che non parla italiano, ma almeno INGLESE! IMPORTANTE: NON HA ACCETTATO CARTA DI CREDITO, in inglese sapeva solo " CASH " ..... INACCETTABILE.

Een nette woning, handdoeken e.d. aanwezig. Vriendelijke hostess. Op de site staat dat er espressoapparaten aanwezig zijn, maar dit zijn senseo's. Fijn verblijf gehad!
