「Patio view of the ocean isn’t that great. The bed was great. The breakfast was good. Real eggs and sausages. 」

「The trouble we had was with outlets. We needed one for a CPAP, and three for charging. We eventually found what we needed, but we had to move furniture to do so. Everything else was good or great. Beds were comfortable, the heater worked well and wasn't noisy, the lights all worked (though we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to keep the CPAP on) and the shower temp and flow were great. It was a good value. Not the fanciest place, but quite comfy.」

「This motel is a 5 minute walk to the ocean. It was very quiet, clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I just really enjoyed my stay there and will stay there again when I am in the area.」

「Original opinion was clean, but minimalistic. Then started noticing, smoke alarm missing, toilet seat had broken hinge. Overhead light in "office area" didn't work. Plug in bathroom didn't work. Had to unplug a lamp to plug in the computer. Person there when we checked in took 1/2 to check us in. Otherwise staff only present after 3PM. Spilled ice in bathroom, and when I tried to clean up, found the floor was filthy in corners and around toilet.」

「Everything was fine until I found out I had a double charge, I was charged for two rooms. The desk clerk that I spoke to over the phone was so rude and brushed me off. I emailed Expedia and waiting for a response. Place was not clean beds felt sandy like they did not change the covers.. We did not sleep good at all loud neighbors passed midnight . Horrible experience 」

「We enjoyed our stay here with our granddaughter and 3 dogs. It was cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed Jerry the rooster as he roamed the yard.」

「The location of this single wide mobile home was incredible; on the banks of the Winchuck River and a ten minute walk to the beach! We watched waterfowl, heard owls and saw a fox. However, the mobile home itself was worn out, and there was an overpowering smell of air freshener that no amount of fresh air could dissipate. We messaged the owner twice about animal noises coming from underneath the trailer. 」
