「I like that they updated the rooms but at the cost of the customers. They used to have fresh coffee now they have a machine and it's terrible. I didn't like how the staff sat in front outside and smoked cigarettes.」

「It was in the town we planned to stay in. The staff appeared not be happy to have us as guests. But did agree to move us to an upstairs room.」

「Checked in at 3pm only 2 rooms were ready to choose from. Cleaned ok, no shampoo provided in rooms. Garbage bags from maids cleaning left at top of stairway as a hazard. Not a great place to stay, unless there is no where else.」

「Clean room. Staff friendly. Cleaning station was locked in the early evening.」

「Room clean and cute art on the wall. Pillows were AMAZING!! Bed was comfy. The only drawback to the room we were in (I believe 215) was that it face the hotel sign. So all night long our room was lit up like HIGH NOON!! Another weird thing is check-in is not at this hotel, its at the one a half mile up the road. You also get a sheet of paper here to order your breakfast for each person you are staying with. Hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, the pumpkin bread was yummy, bagels. Then you...

「The room was clean, quiet and walking distance from downtown.」

「Bathroom light didn't work. Bedside light didn't work--had only one prong. There was not a waste basket in the room---had to carry our garbage outside.」

「As others have noted, this is an older motel that’s been nicely upgraded and made unique. We stayed in the Under The Sea room (#2). It’s small, but I’ve seen smaller in boutique hotels in NY. The bed and pillows are comfy, there’s great amenities (Keurig coffee maker, etc.), and it’s not too noisy. No AC, but there is a small fan, and the windows have screens. For us, it was a nice overnight stop on our way to the Redwoods from Seattle. Would definitely stay again.」
