「Great location! It slept 5 adults very comfortably. Beautifully decorated and spacious enough that we were not in each other’s way. The beds were very comfortable, there was extra bedding for the sofa bed with plenty of towels, kitchen is stocked with all of the cookware and utensils and it has a huge balcony with a BBQ pit. This is where I will be staying for all of my future trips to New Braunfels!」

「We had so much fun! Property is located super close to the pool and also the Comal river. Landa River Trips is right next door to the property and we were able to walk over, reserve our tubes and walk down to the river. You get a discount off tubes by staying at this property. Check-in was super easy, Lyle is a great host. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!」

「There were multiple issues with checkin (code provided didn’t work), linen availability (only a flat sheet & 6 pillowcases were available for fold out couch), cleanliness of kitchen cooking utensils & pots/pans (food stuck on them in the drawers), toilet seat and toilet paper holder in master bath was broken, shower curtains dirty.
