Very nice place to stay

Everything on the property was absolutely beautiful, including the food. The staff, the pool, the rooms and the grounds. Felt completely safe. The whole time I was there with my wife. Maybe a couple more hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff up.But other than that, it was fantastico. We will definitely be back!

Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family.

The room was spotless. Luca and Ale were very gracious. Wonderful hosts!

We just stayed there and it was amazing. The place is really relaxing the food is a 5 start everything was so good. I would definitely come back.

It is a small, beautiful, colonial property with wonderful staff (front desk, doormen, cleaners, waiters). Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and safe. The bfast was very good, the coffee strong (a french press, no espresso), and the restaurant has a good ceviche. I worked on my laptop in the courtyard one afternoon and it was amazingly peaceful and productive. The actual room, however, could be improved. The shower temperature was lukewarm to cool (which given the temps...

Being on a private island, magical place, cool vibe. Staff was very very nice and attentive

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food and service were excellent! We booked two different rooms—both were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool and common areas could use some improvement, especially adding more lounge chairs, a better bar setup, and some shade by the pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Muy confortable, todo el staff pendiente de brindarte el mejor servicio. La comida deliciosa. El sitio espectacular con playas quietas y privadas!

A unique and private hotel of only 6 comfortable rooms with a live in housekeeper that keeps things clean, makes the breakfast and gives the hotel an at home feeling. Half the rooms are on the ground level, rest one floor up via stairs. On check in, you receive a key to the front door so one can come and go freely without having to ring the bell. Our room was on 2nd floor, it was clean and comfortable, there is small table and chairs and enough room for two people with luggage. ...

Todo muy bueno Exelente la presentation, atencion ,todo el Lugar es acojedor el personal te trata espectacular 100%recomendado, mucha privacidad y excelente desayuno. ❤️

We loved this amazing bio-hotel, the suite was gorgeous, the food was amazing, the service on point. We surely want to go back. Only two things to improve, the sings in the hiking trials, some where missing or black painted not knowing where to go next so we have to go back, maybe a hand or an app map and the second, the music in the evening can be a little loud, you could hear from the room, tho it was off by 10 pm. And for avoiding problems with changes in the reservation book DIRECTLY with...

Muy limpio, muy amable y cerca de la plaza mayor de Villa de leyva

If you’re staying in the Walled City in Cartegena stay here! This property is amazing, with bright, clean & comfortable rooms. There’s a perfect view of the sunset from the rooftop and the outdoor terrace is great for enjoying breakfast (also amazing!!). It’s a small property so the service is personalized and their attention to detail is amazing. It’s also a superb location as you’re within the walled city but it’s not quite as rowdy and the central area can get at night.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and amenities. We stayed here for four days and had a amazing experience. Location is great, walking distance to all the city center sights and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a welcome retreat from the heat and humidity. Never used the indoor pool, as it felt awkward being next to the main desk and dining room. Breakfast was awesome. Both Colombian and Western options, all of which are made to order. Taste great and plenty of food. The real standout was...
