Everything was absolutely perfect! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and conveniently located close to everything. It truly felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to Katherine, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. She made everything even more special. Having traveled extensively and experienced a variety of accommodations, I have learned that the most memorable stays are not always found in luxurious hotels, but in places that genuinely capture the spirit of their destination. Moet Hotel in Cartagena is one of those hidden gems. Located in the heart of the historic Walled City, this charming hotel offers an authentic Colombian experience with the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. The location is exceptional, with restaurants, shops, historical landmarks, and entertainment all within walking distance. I felt very safe exploring the surrounding area, and being able to experience Cartagena's vibrant culture right outside the hotel's doors made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is especially important in Cartagena's tropical climate. The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive, while the delicious breakfast provided a wonderful start to each morning. One important detail for future guests is that beverages in the room's minibar are not complimentary. Anything consumed will be charged upon checkout, so keep that in mind during your stay. What I appreciated most about Moet Hotel was its authenticity. Unlike larger, commercialized hotels, it offers an intimate atmosphere that allows you to feel genuinely connected to the culture and character of Colombia.

A full 5 star experience! From the service to the rooms. We were greeted with juice made from local fruit and given free water bottles. The property is small and intimate with only 7 rooms. The pool is perfect to take a dip in between sight seeing in the humid weather. They provide breakfast for you. I have an avocado allergy and the staff very kindly gave me options that were safe for my allergy to pick from. Such a beautiful property right in the heart of downtown Cartagena, if you’re thinking of booking here do it!!
