"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for shopping and dining, sightseeing, and taking the public transportation. The breakfasts have really good selection of local specialties. Improvements are needed in the detailed cleaning and also the maintenance of the room facilities. "

The staff here is very polite and friendly. They always welcome us with a warm smile. Those who work near the pool are also nice. Swimming here is amazing, as you will feel like you are in a forest. For city dwellers like me, I’d suggest staying in this hotel as it’s not as cosmopolitan and busy. The trees give me a sense of comfort and calm my mood. If there were more restaurants nearby, that would be perfect. I’d have to order room service for two nights. "
