キャッスル ポイント地区 ホテル

「A lovely place to stay , all the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived . Location wise really good close to the local pubs and restaurants. Located not far from Leigh train station so handy if you want to go on the train , we had parking at the hotel . Would recommend staying」

「Room was dated and needed some minor repairs and a detailed cleaning.(carpet, shower etc). There was no air conditioning so a fan would have been nice. The tv on the wall was the size of a postage stamp, as in smaller than a computer screen. The pub and restaurant were really good. Breakfast was standard fare. Staff were great, helpful and welcoming.」

「Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area.」

「Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working. My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep. The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer. I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island.」

「Good position for the sea」

「Lovely home but bring earplugs as it is very noisy at night and early morning. The location is superb with so many bars and restaurants to visit. There is no welcome pack so finding out how everything works takes longer but the facilities are amazing in the house. Dishwasher and washing machine. Coffee maker etc. there are some small coffee sachets but you need to bring washing up products as none provided and only one dishwasher tablet so bring what you need. The kitchen and bathroom are...

「Sure! Here's a paraphrased version of your sentence:lovely swimming pool and a spacious property with a large, impressive house. Conveniently located near many shops. Although it requires some maintenance, it's a great value for the price. we enjoyed our stay.」

「Good location」

「Communication was lacking with the host due to e-mail issues. I found this part of the process stressful as the reason for the trip was very important personal family reasons. VRBO were not much help and advised if we arrived and couldnt get access, to call them and they would make alternative arrangements. Hard to see how they would have rehomed 4 adults and a dog at such short notice. Finally got the access code from the host 24 hours before the trip. Upon arrival everything was as described...

「First I never got an email giving me the code to get in. I had to call to get it. Then it was hard to unlock the door to get in. Then we couldn’t ever lock the door from the outside. We struggled to lock from the inside. The bathroom was moldy. There was food in the fridge that wasn’t ours. My friend fell outside the flat because there is a step but the outside light wasn’t working. 」
