「Tortuga Lodge was an amazing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly. The tours available were fun, informative, and worth it! The staff was very helpful in helping us schedule our tours. Definitely recommend. A quick note. Transportation by boat is very difficult after hours. While the staff was able to connect us with a private transfer, it took alot of communication. 」

「無料の空港、ホテル間の送迎サービスをしてくれる。ただし、２４時間以上前に予約を入れること。この内容は、ホテルのサイトにもエクスペディアのサイトにも記載されていません。到着時の送迎は、事前にメールで伝えていましたが、帰りの送迎は、前日の夕方ホテルのレセプションに伝えましたが、２４時間を切っているので有料になると言われた。どこにもその情報がなく、私のせいでもないのに、余分に費用をかけるつもりはないので、何とかするよう頼んだ。担当者が、知り合いに連絡して、他の人の送迎に便乗する形で、無料のサービスを提供してくれた。緊急の対応をしてくれて、感謝しています。ホテルのスタッフは、みんな親切で、フレンドリーで安心して泊まれるホテルです。」

「5 star Top rating for the location and amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor. Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions. Maverick arranged all our tours with Andy for the night tour and Abel for the morning boat tour. Both did a fantastic job, but especially Abel, who went above and beyond on the wildlife tour.
