「The place was perfect, exactly as depicted, in a lovely home in a quiet area a block from bay. It was convenient to most of Kent. The rooms are lovely and cozy with additional pullout on lower floors. I have teens so the added space was a blessing. The host was very kind and attentive checking in and offering any information to make our stay more pleasant. Checking in and out was simple and care free. I would certainly recommend it and intend to stay there again.」

「The room was perfect size for 2 people. It was homey feeling and did not have to pay for parking. It was 20ish minutes from everything we wanted to do. The bed was still wet when we got there and reeked of bleach. It seeped through one of my shirts and destroyed it. We had to sleep on the couch the first night. The owner still had laundry down stairs and said he would come in later to get it after we checked in. We waited till he got it to do anything. The door to their house is only lockable...

「The host was communicative and responsive. The initial directions were a bit unclear, but the host promptly responded. However, it is a basement apartment and the sole egress was blocked by what appeared to be some sort of HVAC unit. Additionally, the electricity appeared to be a bit rigged as there were adapters plugged into surge protectors. At one point the breaker tripped, but it was handled expeditiously. My main concern was in the event of an emergency, there was no secondary exit as the...
