Nice short weekend trip!

We stayed here for 2 nights with 3 other couples. Bedrooms are very spacious. There are 2 rollaway beds and it looks like a pack n play as well for families with kids. Both couches pull out into beds. Everything was perfect for our needs. You can fit 3 cars in the front driveway but there’s also 2 spots available behind the house. You can also see the Bay from the front windows. Close to stores and gas as well. Would definitely recommend!

Short stay

We had a short stay after a sporting event in DC, it was a little less than an hour away. Convenient location and a very clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. There was little communication with the owner, which was nice vs a long list of rules, but we would have liked to know any of their local specific favorite spots or more detailed check in/check out. Worked out nicely for our family.

A few issues but we were happy and would stay again

Pictures were accurate. House was clean. Our family all slept comfortably and bathrooms had enough towels/shampoo/soap/etc. The upstairs room has a HUGE closet. The rollaways and foldouts were super easy to use. Plenty of bedding available. The bedrooms doors did not latch closed well so that was a small annoyance. We arrived at night and the outside lighting was VERY dim- we ended up using our phone flashlights. The railing needs fixed as there was a screw sticking out- we let owner know. We had to have the door lock reset once for some reason but owner was VERY responsive and so we were in the house within 15 minutes. There is enough parking (a driveway and a rear parking pad) but unfortunately we got blocked in on the day we were leaving by someone who went kayaking. We did not know them or aware they would be there. We had to call the owner & drive on the lawn to get out. This delayed our departure by an hour. Again, owner was responsive but we were lucky we did not have a plane or appointment since we would have missed it.
