「The property was as described. Very clean, plentiful towels and other linens. I love the location. Host was responsive to questions and the lock system was easy to manage while making me feel very safe and secure.」

「My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who attends Miami. About a 22 minute scenic drive to Oxford. Property was super clean and accommodating. Made a few home cooked dinners for our daughter and played Galaga in the game room. Loved having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Would highly recommend.」

「Very clean, lots of excellent amenities, we were very happy; only thing we would change is we would have preferred cable over Roku as there was a snow storm while we were in town and it was hard to get local weather & news. However, we plan reserving here again!」

「Just as described, very quaint neighborhood, however, the lighting in the neighborhood was extremely poor, which is not the fault of Vrbo or Host. Tight parking for two vehicles if you have two vehicles, but property is on a cul-de-sac, where other parking is available. I did contact the host about a few minor maintence items, as I do all hosts. Hazel, our host, was EXCEPTIONAL! We have been booking with her for 3 or 4 years!! Highly recommend!」

「We stayed here for 10 nights to attend back to back tournaments at Spooky Nook. The place was very clean, all new appliances, comfortable beds, and a very helpful and responsive host.The neighborhood in the immediate vicinity leaves a little to be desired, but it is a short walk to the downtown area, and an easy drive to the "newer" parts of Middletown. Nice 20-25 minute drive to Spooky Nook. Triple Moon Coffee, The Cracked Pot, and Bourbon's Craft Kitchen were places we liked and all very...

「The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations.」
