"I don't enjoy complaining but feel it's important to let others know about our experience. They didn't seem to know about our booking through hotels.com. The listing had free Wi-Fi, fridge mini-bar, room service, airport shuttle. The empty fridge was switched off, there were two cups but no coffee nor facilities.
