「I think this could be the worst hotel in the state of SD! I waited for 20 minutes for someone to check me in. The lobby was filthy. A very institutional vibe. Not welcoming. The elevator has torn carpet & pretty sure it has not been cleaned in years. First elevator I've seen in the USA that did not have a state or local govt certificate displayed in the elevator stating it was inspected & safe to use. Elevator opened on the third floor & it looked like there was spilled gravel on the floor....

「I called the front desk at 9:15 and asked for a blanket. They told me they would be right up with it and never showed up!!! There are only 18 rooms and I don’t think it was very busy at all because he made a comment I was the first person he had helped all day.」

「The hotel was nice. The staff were great! The air conditioner in our room made a pretty loud rattling noise when the air/fan was tuning off so that kept us awake some at night. The fitness room is super tiny. The breakfast area was a nice size and had many choices. Overall a good stay!」

「Sue at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. It is very clean and a good value for the money. The location was good and access was easy. The breakfast is a bag with a sweet roll, water, fruit cup, and apple juice. My only issue is that hotels should now advertise this versus "free breakfast." Secondly, the person in the morning should have proactively offered me the "bag breakfast" versus having to have me ask for it. Overall, it was good one night's stay and I would recommend it. 」
