"1. I asked for a 5:30am wake-up call for early morning airport drop off. NO WAKE-UP CALL ! To me, this drops the hotel rating to 0, cause this is basic hotel service! No excuse! 2. I asked the front desk why no Wi-Fi signal. Front desk made no effort to address the problem. Said she was going to call the supervisor but made no attempt. There was no communication with hotel .com we booked for 2 days only told they were fully booked the following day. however they promised to to sort it out and follow up.They gladly did and it was resolved. for that well done.we spent the second night there"
