"Firstly, I had booked a lodge stay through Expedia and a company called Unlimited Luxury. The words “unlimited and luxury” had no bearing on what was to be offered and in my mind constitutes a breach of the trade descriptions acts. I made a number of attempts to contact this company for information prior to leaving the UK with no joy. On arriving in Kasane I asked at the airport for a taxi to Unlimited Luxury Lodges and nobody had a clue including the taxi man. When looking on Google I had...

"DON'T BOOK THIS LODGE !!! They let you pay twice. We payed when we made the reservation at hotels.com. But we had to pay at the lodge again, because they did not accept that payment. Some telephon calls and several e-mails later, we still have not our money back."
