「There is nothing around the hotel but very close to the entrance of the National Park. Everybody is just so kind and we could relax. The activities were reasonable and well organized! Would love to stay longer next time!」

「Overall I enjoyed the hotel, staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean, but they need a refresh. The rooms were old, worn. I did love the balcony and view of the watering hole (fun to see the many animals), the bed was comfortable, linens soft. We went to the Bomba show hosted at this property. Would highly recommend, food and show were great! Worth it.」

「The room is clean, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed self-catering as there is “Shoprite” just 3 min. walk from the hotel. All the staff is welcoming and friendly with warm smiles. We really enjoyed staying there and felt so sad when we departed. We’ll stay longer next time!」

「If I could give 6+ stars (instead of max 5) for customer service, I would do so. After my tour organizer (avoid: Afrinature) was a no show for one tour and cancelled game drive only hours before, the staff at Hotel in short order called their trusted partners to ensure I didn't miss out on any experience in Kasane. I am just so grateful as some people might have simply said, "too bad." When I come back, I am staying with Hotel Rustiek and arranging my tours thru them. Thank you!!!!」

「スタッフの方々はいつも笑顔で親切にしてくれました。ボート、ゲームサファリが市内よりは値は張りますがそれでもとても安く内容も大満足でした！テント泊にしましたが、ファンもライトもしっかりとあり、広々でよかったです。ただ古いためかチャックがスムーズに閉まらなかったのがちょっとマイナス。」

「The employees are very helpful and friendly. They book the game drives and boat cruises for you. They also helped us with a taxi to wherever we needed to go! They come in and clean every day. Nice place to stay!」

「Our last night of 31 Dec 2016 was a nightmare.there was a disco / gig the whole night and we were travelling the following morning. We hardly slept.」

「The property was clean, crisp and secure. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The breakfast was very good and prepared specifically to our liking and serving time. The room was clean and the AC made sleeping at night very comfortable. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. They secured tours for us, provided local directions, and helped with our take-away food delivery orders. We stayed 3 nights but would've been happy to stay 3 weeks.」

「Wir wurden vom gesamten Personal überaus herzlich empfangen und begleitet. Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel, sauber und geräumig, die Betten sehr bequen. Ausflüge für uns wurden perfekt organisiert. Das Einchecken übers Handy ist etwas aufwendig und es wäre wünschenswert, wenn alle auf der Speisekarte angebotenen Speisen Recht konstant da wären.」

「大きいキッチンがあり自炊可能。シャワーとトイレは共用だがお湯はしっかり出た。アフリカらしい雰囲気のゲストハウス。ゲストハウス主催のドライブサファリ、ボートサファリ、ビクトリアフォールズツアーなどがあり、帰りはビクトリアフォールズ空港まで有料で送迎してもらった。カサネの町まで車で10分程度かかり周りにスーパーや店が無いのが残念。しかしスタッフはフレンドリーで親切。」

「Fantastic location, along Chobe River. We fully enjoyed the beautiful beautiful sunset with a glass of wine. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Quiet place with no TV!」
