「a second time stay at Willsmere with my friend kelly and her mum. Jo's apartment is clean, comfy with all the essentials even heating. had the best time at the former asylum, a quite but beautiful estate. the ward museum and bluestone cells were open followed by historical presentation in the library. saw some beautiful cats and dogs that live on the estate. Jo is a great host and very helpful. i love historic willsmere. hoping to be back again someday. you can walk around the estate and...

「Great location for access to public transport. Easy check-in considering our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until after midnight. Good value for money.」

「The house was very spacious and the gas fire was great at keeping the whole house warm. The house would benefit from a bit more care in regards to some little details and home comforts around the house. 」

「Had a great stay here for the formula 1. Trams easily accessible right out front and some great restaurants nearby, we loved Sam’s bbq and steak house. Easy to access unit and garage to check in. Richard supplied all details on the day for an easy stress free stay. Will be staying again next time I’m in Melbourne.」

「Despite being charged, we never received any contact from the host despite repeated attempts to get in touch. We kept trying right up till the day we were due to arrive and eventually had to contact Stayz direct who also couldn't get hold of them. We received a refund from Stayz but never any contact from host. My family had to scramble to book accommodation on Easter Saturday and turn up late to my nephew's 21st birthday. It was disgraceful. Don't bother to try to book this place. APPALLING...

「Well maintained unit with washer and dryer. Only downside is a double bed」

「the unit is well equipped, nicely furnished, modern, clean and suited our needs.However the shower of the ensuite leaked onto the bathroom floor which was a bit of a slip hazard.The situation with picking up and dropping the keys was problamatic for us as we had no car and we had to pick up at a shop.We would have liked a second set of keys but it was just too hard to organise.」
