"Good location and good service. However, the property is falling apart. Furnishings are outdated and filthy. Couch had sweat stains and other deep stains. Rug full of dirt and stains. Windowsills full of dust and grime. Curtains show dark areas full of dirt. Awful smell. Do not recommend."

"Beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is quiet. Pretty like this hotel but one thing needs attention is the shower room. The floor of the shower room is tile. Tiles are very clean so that they are slippery. If you are seniors, watch your steps when walk into the shower room."

"In the older part of the city. The apartments are old but well maintained. Dust is a part of life there, I think, but that would be the only negative. Floors very dirty. Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Very little English spoken. Surrounding neighbourhood not the greatest, but I think that may be typical for the city. "

"Ok in general I loved this hotel. It's super unique and so cute the bungalows they offer. However a few issues... very cold which is understood but they don't have solar power water heaters which could have helped. They forgot to turn the gas on for us to use hot water. The bungalow while lovely was cold. There are other designs that could let the sunlight and and make it warmer. The internet hardly works here. Plus they offer all these services that were not available. And then I thought...

"Very good hotel. The people at the front counter are just amazing very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very good location. However…… The breakfast is the worst!!! No selection of food. we went tree day and that was empty containers. And we went before 10 We ask for bread call marraquetas and we been tall that they don’t have it any more Muy buen hotel…! Las personas de recepción son excelentes..!!!! Muy dispuestas a ayudar y amigables Y está en un lugar muy conveniente. Pero… El desayuno es desastroso No tiene nada de variedad Y por si fuera poco todo está vacío. Preguntamos si iban a traer más pan que se llama marraquetas y la respuesta “es se ha acabado.” Los tres días que fuimos solo tomamos té Que mal para un hotel que si vale la pena Si usted va no planee tomar desayuno ahí porque no vale la pena. "
