"The room was bad..the bed was hard as a rock ..the covers had several burn holes in it..the room was extremely noisy...left one night early because our backs were in pain."

When I opened the door I was completely surprised on how nice and clean this room was. I sanitize every room I stay in. When I wiped down the appliances everything was already clean. The floor looked good the countertop and furniture looked really good. The bed was clean! I was very satisfied with my room!"

"The bed was really bad, it was not a comfortable bed.i woke up tired and my body was sore. The smell in the corridor leading to my room was awful. That smell came from the rug they laid along that corridor. The coffee ☕️ they served for breakfast is very very light to be called coffee. It was just" brown water." . They didn't clean my room. The only positive thing was ,the wifi; TV, AC and the gym place . They should work on the smell in some corridors there."

"After checking in and entering our room #421 the room felt warmer than the AC unit stating 64*. We were gone most of the day Friday but when we returned the room was very warm. I just assumed the AC unit would eventually cool the room down some. Around midnight the unit showed FO (Freon out) so the rest of the night we sweated it out. Saturday I inform the clerk at the desk and he did have a new unit put in while we were gone. The two drawers to the desk/dresser would not stay closed. I will say that all the stay were friendly."
