「I paid for a room with a kitchen just for the stove not to work, they told me they couldn’t accommodate me and that it was nothing they could do about it, I wasted money on food to cook for me and my children and also had to turn around and buy pizza. The room had a lot of dead bugs in it and the tub was dirty, towels had been washed but they wasn’t clean so I had to buy my own towels to wash up with. Yea I definitely wouldn’t recommend no one staying there」
「The room was in fair condition. It definitively could use basic upgrades. The light above the bathroom sink was not working properly. Very dim and maintenance was not able to fix because the part was not available. There were no batteries in remote and that’s never happened to us before. The staff member who checked us was not as welcoming and pleasant as she has been on many of our previous visits. We were disappointed by this as most people in our hometown are usually pleasant. 😔
