"Only two restaurants at the hotel and they didn’t open till 5 p.m. The room was nice, but the walls are incredibly thin. About 3 a.m. it sounded like a porno flick was being filmed in the neighbors room. "

"No habitable room available. Room one downstairs . Upstairs floors so thin it sounded did not stay. They still changed my credit card."

"I’m unsure how there are as positive reviews of this hotel as there are because my experience was well below expectations based on those reviews. It was glaringly apparent as we walked into the elevator elevator, walked down the hallway, and got to the room, that maintenance and cleanliness were not a priority. The bathroom tile was broken and shifting underfoot, which made the space feel unsafe and poorly maintained. We only stayed one night, and were looking forward to a shower after a day of travel, however one look at the tub and we decided we were cleaner than the shower itself. There were also visible stains on the walls throughout the room, with paint peeling, and areas of crudely painted wall giving the impression that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or updated in quite some time. Several items in the room were broken and a lightbulb was out which again, didn’t indicate any standard level of maintenance. Another concern was the surrounding area. The hotel appears to be located in a part of town that felt somewhat sketchy, there was even a security surveillance stand set up in the adjacent gas station parking lot, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence or make the stay feel safe. Overall, the condition of the room combined with the surrounding environment made this a disappointing stay. "

"Can’t blame it on the weather, pool was not staffed for Spring break, was unfortunate but windy and rainy weather previous had the pool like a ghost town. Lovely facilities and the hot tub was hot. Was fun."

"We arrived late and the front desk staff were not welcoming though we paid well over $200 for a room for one night. The room was dirty, I saw a hair on the small towels, finger print on the bathroom door (gross) and the bed was made but looked like someone sat of it as there were prints. Again, paid $200. I called down twice and got put on hold and then called again, no one picked up. We were so tired from the drive I just couldn’t deal with the staff. The pictures of the room are exaggerated, it’s not that pretty. The lobby is nice though. The food was under average but the bartender was super nice. It’s a casino. Stay at Margaritaville if you want something nice. Rhino coffee downtown was good for quick breakfast and decent coffee "

"Only reason I did 4 stars was because we kept having issues with the tv and the dryer wasn’t working. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."
