「Close to everything we wanted」

「Great stay love everything about it.」

「The property and rooms were clean」

「We were planning to be in Bentonville for four days so we reserved a king suite. It had a small sitting area with a couch, chair, and tv. That made it nice to return to the hotel between activities and rest for a bit before heading out again. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The breakfasts were standard hotel fare, but filling. My husband loved the 24-hour access to coffee.」

「Great hotel very friendly and helpful staff clean room we would recommend highly and would stay again!!!」

「We’ve been fortunate to travel the world and this hotel was terrific. In the heart of Bentonville. A world-class museum within walking distance. Phenomenal restaurants. We will definitely be back to this curated hotel and city.」

「Clean. Comfortable bed. Continental breakfast good but sparse.」

「The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was very clean overall. However, the room had a noticeable pet odor, and the toilet seat wouldn’t close properly because it was stuck against the sink counter. The lobby looked much nicer than the rooms themselves. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and Walmart.」

「This was our first time to stay at the Avail and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything about this hotel is so upscale and sophisticated! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the Amp for a concert we were attending, plus there were so many great shops and restaurants right there near the property. Everyone was so friendly, and the rooms were very well cared for. I highly recommend!」

「We had a great stay. Room was clean and just as advertised. Easy check in/out.」

「Where to start? After I book I called the hotel to make sure they seen my request both rooms right beside each other and without lots of walking due to my parents being older my dad is about 8 months out of hip surgery and mom 4 months from knee surgery. They said yes we are on the 1st floor door 3 and for which was great. Once we arrived we found out my parents was on floor 1 and us on floor 3. They where doing remodeling on 2 and 4 and could not move us near each other. (I also have 7, 9 and...

「Very outdated property and price is not reflective of that. We would not choose this hotel again, too many newer hotels with competitive pricing. Carpet in hallways stained, dirty, and not even adhered to floor well. Super old feeling yet still pricey. Staff in the breakfast area were kind and accommodating, that was our one positive of the stay!」
