「The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I booked in advance a few hours before and had paid with my debit card and when I got there they didn't have the 2 bed Queen room I originally had paid for all they had was a King hot tub suite. Before I could even say or ask anything the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the upgraded more expensive room for the same price.
