"Very nice, family friendly resort. The food is excellent, and the majority of the bartenders and staff were great and friendly. The 24 hour room service and the Killer Whale slide were big hits with the kids! Special recognition to: Bellboys: Luis and Efrain Bartenders: Manuel and Esther Waitress: Patricia (best server by far!) This was our second time visiting this resort, don’t doubt we’ll be back!"

"This is a high-quality all inclusive adult resort, beautiful setting in a safe Mexican oceanfront setting. The food and drink are high quality, staff is wonderful, so clean, great facilities. I would give it a 5-star with a personal caveat: The week we were there (6/21-28/25), it was a young crowd and there were parties on 5 nights and loud drunkenness until 1 or 2 a.m. Lots of near nudity. This was not true of similar RIU resorts. "
