「Staff helpful」

「コテジが美しい海と自然に完全に独立されていてこの部分は最高で、高額な部屋代にふさわしい。しかし部屋のアメニティに完璧さはなく、スタッフのサービス態度も他の同等の高額料金であるホテルより低い。又食事はもう少し美味しさや内容を向上すべき。結論は料金は5星、内容は4星でもう少し改善して欲しい。」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay af the Beach Club, Bungalow 1. Mr. Rolle, manager, and Virginia, staff, were very professional and courteous and ensured all my needs were met. The road to bungalows however could use some renovation works - a rental car however is still fine for transportation back and forth. I highly recommend the Sky Beach Club and would most definitely stay there again.」

「Hotel and grounds have definitely not been updated in a very long time. The pics are probably from when the hotel opened and are not accurate at this time. Found someone’s night cap behind the bedside table and small ants in the room. Staff was very nice and had an enjoyable time in the bar area. Excellent seafood quesadillas!」
