"I have NEVER had a hotel take as long as this one to release my deposit and I stay in a lot of hotels. I stayed on a Saturday night, it’s Wednesday and they still haven’t released it and I always leave my room very clean. There were what sounded like kids partying in one of the rooms in my hall. The hotel handled it pretty quick. I was kinda disappointed there was no bathtub but the room was clean and the cleaning people while walking through the hall to leave were very nice and the front desk...

"Clean rooms and common areas. Excellent breakfast. Has the potential to be a five-star, but the key cards/doors do not work well. Also, one of the reasons I booked was for the pool. The pool is under renovation (as of May 6/2024). They should have let people know before they booked. Overall, I would stay again."
