"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"Room and breakfast were great, except the air conditioner in the room was not cooling well and was extremely loud. I reported this at check-out and the feedback was very welcomed by the staff. They planned to send repair so the next guest would not suffer. A little disappointed that the two rooms I reserved were on different floors. If you don’t book directly with the hotel, it is best to call ahead to reconfirm everything as details get changed in the translation from an outside booking site....
