What a wonderful hotel. The staff is terrific. Location perfect. Room was great. And the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. I'd be happy to stay there again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a warm beautiful homey feeling. The patio is warm and earthy. The breakfast media lunas and dulces de leche were phenomenal. Clean and well kept with a super comfortable bed. Large rooms with plenty of closet space and great water pressure in the shower. Perfect boutique hotel with great restaurants and boutique shops. One of the best hip areas in Buenos Aires. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Argentina.

A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. This does not feel like a hotel, it is more like being in a private home. The staff is extraordinary! The hotel is amazing, it is located in a very nice neighborhood (Recoleta), walking distance from a lot of recommended restaurants and just 20 minutes from the airport. The exterior is quite eccentric, you can't see any sign or description of the hotel and the taxi drivers don't have any idea about the name, so, bear with the complete address ... The staff is really terrific...knowledgable, helpful, friendly and English is good, too. They were very helpful in getting us started and kept us going to places and things we might not have gone to. The breakfast every morning was incredible, staff was very kind and helpful. Very unique experience and beautiful facilities. Highly recommend and also very convenient to shops and restaurants in Palermo neighborhood, very easy walk to Plaza Serrano.
