「We had a great stay at Duncan House. The location is excellent- easy walking distance to great restaurants (we highly recommend Smokin Fins) and close to some fantastic running trails. If you run, definitely check out the Mary Carter Greenway.Hosting From The Heart was wonderful to work with—very responsive and genuinely thoughtful hosts. We’d happily stay here again.」

「This property was perfect! There is a small back yard, perfect for giving our dog potty breaks. The kitchen is beautiful and is well equipped, with everything you might need. The entire space is beautifully, comfortably furnished, with upscale decor.We have family in Highlands Ranch. This is very convenient to their home. 「The outside of the home was not maintained very well, but the inside was. However, we did come across a black spider in the main shower, which was fine, but then when we had the spiders crawling across the pillows in one of the bedrooms that made us really uncomfortable. I did bring it to the owner’s attention and she just apologized and said she’d call someone to come out and spray. For what we paid, we shouldn’t have had to deal with spiders, especially in the bed.」

「Love the coziness of the house, except it was smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. There are a few things that could be fixed like any other house, but regardless, it was clean and has about anything you may need for your stay. Communication with the host is also great and the location of the house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood.」

「It was a good place, with a large, well – stocked kitchen, dining area, and couch, coffee table, and TV sitting area. It was nice to have a garage, but fairly awkward to get in and out of it, and it is not big enough for a truck or large SUV. Very attentive host. I will stay there again next time I visit my son, who lives close by.」

「One of our best experiences ever with VRBO. The house was nice. Very clean. Everything worked. Very comfortable for us while in town for a wedding. The open kitchen/dining/living room area led to more family interaction. Also, several walks on the beautiful Hi Line trail which is accessed 2 blocks away.
