"The staffs were English-speaking and we had no problems communicating with them. The hotel room was clean and I had no problems. However, on the first day I arrived, there was no hot water in the shower, only cold water. The hotel said it was due to maintenance, so it could not be helped, but it was a little disappointing after a long plane ride. The next morning, the hot water came out of the shower without any problem. I ordered room service at the hotel for dinner, which was very good. There is a shopping center around the hotel, which is very convenient."
