「Das Jumbaktas liegt so Zentral, so dass das Zentrum mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu Fuss machbar ist. Sehr schönes Ambiente im Hotel und ein wunderbar, bequemes Bett, um gut zu schlafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückbuffet bietet ein breites Angebot. 」

「アスタナは街が広いので行動しやすい様に旧市街のホテルを選択したが、旧市街も特別な見どころもなく、徒歩で行動するには不便であった。斜め前のショッピングモールも新市街の新しいモールと比べると見劣りするし。ホテルは部屋も狭め、シャワーの扉の立て付けも悪く水が漏れた。朝食も種類は豊富だが大したことはない。評価できるのは」

「The spa-gym was good with 18m swimming pool and good Russian (humid) sauna which is open from 7 am on weekdays, although it gets a bit crowded with local swimmers. The room is spacious. Comfortable enough, but the boiling pot was out of order and the shower top was also broken. The lobby "bar" was not providing any alcoholic drinks because their license was expired. But in general I do not have serious complains and my stay was rather comfortable.」

「１９年９月に１１泊ほど滞在しました。部屋は広くて設備自体もおおむね満足でしたが、室内の清掃はこちらから頼まない限り、してくれないのが驚きました。しかもスタッフはなかなか英語が通じず。 朝食バイキングは毎日同じメニューでしたが、長期滞在でなければそこまで飽きることはないかなと。 Ｗｉ―Ｆｉの状態は日によってまちまちでしたが、使えなくて困るというほどでもありませんでした。」

「Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. 」
