"Hands down the best hotel and staff in Dubai. I believe Zema was her name - is the best that sits on the 41st floor. I’d you checking in this hotel, you have to be a horizon member for the perks. We will definitely be using that hotel every time we visit. "

We were able to get a very late check out on the day that we left, and once again the staff were most helpful with our luggage and getting an airport taxi. Little 24 hour shop was very useful for snacks."
