"Felt like family. I was greeted right away when disembarking my taxi. The staff remembered me from my visit 3 months ago. I reserved an executive room and received an upgrade to a an executive bedroom suite which was amazing. Very large, an espresso machine with good Nespresso capsules, very comfortable bed and a bathroom with a big bath, comfortable shower and every amenity you can think of. The breakfast buffet was very rich. The WIFI worked great. I liked the executive lounge and the happy hour offering. Highly recommended!"

"The gym was too small its just 2 machines and closets. They didn't have right adopter I couldn't charge my laptop. Cherryl Maloney was the best to resolve the room had issue such as ventilation toilets flushed was not working i had keep wake up to open the door for maintenance team. Its very inconvenient. But Cherryl Maloney did whatever she could but its over building maintenance issues. Tli wouldn't recommend to have Dinner since they didn't have enough options the test for the food was horrible. But breakfast was great. Thank you Cherryl Maloney you did very well to resolve my issues but they were far beyond your control. The staff was excellent"
