「I appreciate the staff cares about guests but honestly I was really scared when a man staff spoke to me when I was getting inside of my room at night. It’s not even late night and I didn’t know where he was spiking to me. I don’t think that’s a good hospitality at all. Disappointed. 「Staff were so friendly and amazing our whole stay. The breakfast was fresh and tons of it and especially the pikelets, a real winner for the kids. The grounds and gardens are immaculate, all due to the hard work from the staff who would always greet us with a friendly Talofa and a beautiful smile.
