This updated, adorable condo is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Sit out on the spacious balcony overlooking one of the 9 Par-3 golf holes while drinking your morning coffee and breathing in the fresh salt air. Cook up your catch of the day in the fully equipped kitchen, then relax in the spacious living room and enjoy a movie with the family on the 55” Roku tv before a restful night on the king-sized Nectar memory foam mattress.
The space
We try to provide as many basic amenities as possible to make your stay comfortable and relaxing and your packing easier. With each stay we provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and rags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 trash bags per can, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. We also keep a closet that we allow guests to access that includes 2 backpack beach chairs, a beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, pool floats, and a 24 can cooler.
The couch pulls out into a queen sleeper, and we provide 2 twin cots as another option for families. We have sheets, blankets, and pillows provided for the extra beds as well as extra blankets for cuddling on the couch. The bedroom has a king-sized Nectar memory foam mattress so you will get a great nights’ sleep. We provide 4 king-sized MyPillows (2 firm and 2 medium fill) and 2 down alternative pillows.
The kitchen is loaded with all the essentials you will need during your stay. We have a Keurig and a regular coffee pot so you can choose how to prepare your coffee. We have plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We also keep a fire extinguisher and first aid kit under the kitchen sink for safety.
