After a day exploring downtown Palm Springs, kick back on the four-seat couch and lounge chair with ottoman to watch favorite shows on the 40in flat-screen TV with Roku streaming capabilities (Netflix and Amazon Prime included).
The chef in your group will love getting creative in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals at a dining table set for four. Fire up the grill and come together in your pick of the open-air dining spaces -- each with seating for four. Sip cocktails in the outdoor living area with ample seating for the whole family.
The primary suite is a relaxing hideaway with a California king bed, large closet, and TV with Roku streaming capabilities (Netflix and Amazon Prime included) and Xbox. The bedroom boasts sliding door access to the outdoor living area and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and two pedestal sinks. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed, sofa, and a TV. Unpack your bags in a mirrored closet, and feel right at home. In the third bedroom, a full-size bed promises a good night's sleep. A generous workspace is ideal for checking emails. A guest bathroom has a pedestal sink and shower. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. There is garage parking for one vehicles, with two more spots in the driveway.

THINGS TO KNOW
Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
