"We liked :
The location is useful as a base to Sandbanks beaches and within walking distance to downtown.
Parking is free :-)
Staff was excellent, smilingly always available to help .
The are beds comfortable enough although a was expected 2 queens instead of twins( my bad) .
The breakfast was ok with a variety of options with the exception of the coffee (also the bacon it’s not real ) .
