「The room was new and very clean … on arrival young lady showed us to our room . We booked on line to have evening Meal but not confirmation until we arrived …. I asked what time was breakfast and they asked if we could pre - book for the two days we stayed there … First days breakfast was excellent and cooked to perfection by a young man …. The second day was different as we felt sorry for the lady that was cooking breakfast as she was just about to go home and didn’t realised we were booked...

「Very close to the beach, on the other side of the main road through the village. Free parking overnight opposite the hotel, though a max stay of 45 minutes through the day. It's an old building, so the floors creak, but that wasn't a problem. The staff were great and everything was easy. Breakfast was good.」

「We checked ourselves in and left a couple of hours later (no staff seen). I hadn’t realised I’d booked a room with shared bathroom and the bathroom was on first floor and we were on the second - we only saw one shower and 2 toilets for all the shared rooms. There’s half carpet in the standalone toilet, which is gross. The rooms themselves are fine, a bit rough round the edges. I’m baffled at the positive reviews, it’s very basic and not good value - we chose to drive 2.5 hours home rather than...

「Good location in beautiful scenery not far from some walks. On a main road but it was completely silent at night. Suite was lovely and bigger than expected, with beautiful views, and a very modern bathroom with a fab shower. The bed did have a weird slope to it though which put our feet higher than our heads! Food in the pub at dinner time was expensive and average, although breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Enjoyed our stay very much. 」
