Great Home Base for Denver Adventures

This is a great home base to explore Denver. It has a comfortable layout for families and a nice big yard for pets and kids alike, plus it is in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and the host was very accommodating and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place and responsive host!

Our family of nine (adult children and spouses) stayed for a weekend. Optimal location where we could walk the park trails and were close to everything. Host was accommodating and very responsive before and during our stay. King beds and pillows were super comfortable and second living area was nice amenity for our large group so some could be up later. Highly recommend this place!

Nice Home Needs a Few Things

We're giving a 4-star review and make the following suggestions for improving the experience. The bathroom towels should be updated and include a good selection of washcloths and hand towels. All bedrooms should have bedside tables and reading lamps on each side of the beds. One of the wing chairs in the living room cannot be used because it has lost its spring. We found the house to be clean, otherwise well equipped and in a great location.

Excellent Response Time

Had an issue with the HVAC. Within an hour and a half Jeff had someone out fixing it. Couldn’t ask for better! Only issue was the cleanliness of the shower downstairs. We had to clean it before using.
