This spacious three-level home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, multiple living areas, and expansive decks that create the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and elevated mountain living.

Inside, the home offers a warm yet refined Colorado feel with oversized windows, natural light, a large open-concept living room, fireplace, and generous dining space perfect for gathering after a day outdoors. The lower level includes a second kitchen and additional living space, ideal for families, couples traveling together, or extended stays.

Step outside into multiple outdoor lounge areas surrounded by massive pines and fresh mountain air. Unwind in the private hot tub beneath the stars, enjoy your morning coffee with mountain views, or spend evenings gathered on the decks after a concert at Red Rocks or a day on the trails.

Beautiful home! My family and I really enjoyed the comfort and relaxation of this place. Great location as well. We went to Winter park, 1hr away. As well as Echo Mountain, 35 minutes away (ski and snowboarding) Communication was 10/10 from the host, Karen. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return for future trips.

The property was very clean and well maintained. We loved the surroundings as well - tall trees all around and no close neighbors. It’s convenient to many of the historic mining towns and ski areas. Our host was very accessible and accommodating.

Fantastic location with lots of privacy

Perfect location to Red Rocks and Golden. Very private yet close to the interstate. Beautiful, cozy cabin with lots of wildlife to see.

Excellent Accommodations

Karen was very to respond in our exchanges and was a very gracious host. Directions, instructions and checkin were a breeze and perfectly explained. The house was clean, spacious, peaceful, quiet, and great location. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay there again.

Awesome Home!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week beginning on September 24, 2024. It was spectacular. The location is breathtaking. The home is gorgeous. Karen, the homeowner, was wonderful and responded to any questions that we had. For a great get-away, in a quiet and beautiful location, we highly recommend staying here.

Great time away from the bustle of the city!

I had meetings in Denver for work and I wanted to bring my family along. The commute wasn’t bad at all. Meanwhile, my family was able to relax in a serene setting away from the city. The home has beautiful views and plenty of privacy. We had a great time. Karen was very friendly and accommodating also.

Enjoyable weekend get-away

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Karen, our host, was easy to work with and responsive to our questions and request. The home is spacious providing places both to gather as a family or offering refuge if all you want to do is curl around a book. It is well stocked providing most anything you'll need to enjoy a meal, a drink or a game on either of the two porches. And the hot tube, a perfect place to end the day. Truly a wonderful bonus. The only ding is the noise from I70. For the most part it wasn't noticeable by at times the serenity of the woodland setting was disrupted by a semi downshifting. That said, we would definitely look to stay at Karen's home again. It is special in so many ways.

We had the most amazing time at this house! I love the location and the views. We saw tons of animals and got some sledding in! Karen was always available and very helpful. The games and sleds were missing and she made a special trip to buy new games and sleds and drop them off to us to help make our stay amazing! I will stay at this beautiful home again!

Amazing place!

This house was absolutely beautiful! Huge windows everywhere and the snow is breathtaking! House is big and very clean. They even shoveled the drive way for us. We are from the south and we rented a jeep and had no trouble getting to the house. Book and you wont be dissapointed!

Good experience but hot in summer

Overall it was everything we expected. The only issue was we missed that there is no air conditioning. I’m guessing most people stay in winter. There were very few windows to open to bring in cooler air at night. I ended up staying in basement 2 of the nights because the upstairs master was just too hot. We did appreciate the bathrooms being stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, shy, etc. Also, we appreciated the kitchen having trash bags & dish soap etc.

Location! Location! Location!

Purpose of our trip was to take in a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater (bucket list item); we wanted a comfortable place to stay & take advantage of the beautiful Colorado scenery. Close to Evergreen & Morrison with an easy drive to/from DIA. This VRBO was perfect for our group of four adults that like to chill out and cook for ourselves. Kitchen/Dining area are great for the cooks and for those that are just wanting to be fed! Living room was comfortable and the views are spectacular. We even had a momma mule deer and her fawn visit us outside! Great patio area with a propane grill as well as seating on the front porch & elevated gathering spot above the house. Hoping to take in another show at Red Rocks in the future and will definitely plan to stay here again. Owner was very helpful!
