This home is also right across from a rec center with ball fields, a playground, and a pool. The large yard invites you to bring your pet along. This was the perfect house for our needs. We had 2 of our adult children and our 3rd adult child came over with his family since he lived in the area. The downstairs area was open for the kids to hangout, play Switch and fuzzball, and for our family to do our Christmas. The boys also hung out in the garage/game room a bunch. It was the perfect layout for our needs.

We had a wonderful stay in your home. The location is close to several parks, trails, shopping areas and restaurants. We were in Colorado for an event in Boulder. Getting there from this location was very easy.

We had an amazing time, owner is very nice and quick to answer. My husband and brother in law enjoyed fishing one day and caught some beautiful fish, in walking distance, which they loved. Such a comfortable house for all 10 of us.

Beautiful Home - Fantastic Backyard

The home was extremely clean when we got there, and you can tell well taken care of. The kids loved playing in the backyard, and it was beautiful to sit out on the deck and by the grass on their lower sitting area. Perfect yard to enjoy the Colorado summer days.
