Enjoy this trendy yet peaceful neighborhood. 3 blocks from the lake, Sloans lake is a favorite walking and jogging. Centrally located with easy walking access to restaurants, bars, shopping and the Broncos Stadium. This fully remodeled 1885 victorian offers a private and spacious office/studio for remote work. 2 car garage. Two bedrooms in the main house and a studio or third bedroom in the out building. There is a rooftop hot tub and deck above the 2 car garage and out building. Everything is there for you to enjoy!
