We allow up to 2 pets per booking. We do charge a deep cleaning fee to keep our home allergen free through the resolution center. It's a flat fee of $150. Pets are NOT allowed on furnitures. Pets are not allowed to pee/poop on the turf in the backyard. We will charge you extra if we see any feces in the yard or stain/odor on furnitures. When you do walk your dog, please be respectful of the beautiful neighborhood and pick up after your little furry ones!

Cooling is provided by a swamp cooler (evaporative cooler). A portable AC unit is available in the basement for added comfort.

**Inflatable Projector Screen: Please request this amenity at least 48 hours before your stay. Availability isn't guaranteed for requests made later. Self-setup is quick and easy, or we can set it up for you for a $15 setup fee. Please note that the screen is not set up upon arrival due to changing weather conditions. Setup may also be unavailable during high winds or other unfavorable weather. Let us know if you'd like to use it and whether you prefer self-setup or our setup service.
