This is on a busy road that at first glance can seem to be small, non remarkable and somewhat isolated. However, a magical experience awaits inside. You walk to the back of this magnificent property and it opens up like an oasis in the desert. It is truly awesome. A winding 100 meter glorious swimming pool with a series of bridges crossing it (one of 2 pools). The huge property (some 900 rooms) is a quiet 'sanctuary'. It comes with bar, restaurant, tennis court and huge picnic areas. The staff were wonderful, happy and ever helpful. We were concerned about it being an isolated location but $5 - 10 AUD gets you anywhere you need to go in a Bluebird Taxi. By the way this taxi service uses a meter and the taxis are clean with excellent drivers. We cannot speak more highly of the Cakra Hotel. Rooms air conditioned and great. love it, love it, love it !! No hot water!! The shower didn't work properly at all. Half the things we tried to order from the restaurant they didn't have (bananas etc). And when I went to have a swim there was a bunch of workmen working on-site who were FILMING ME and TAKING photos. Never felt so uncomfortable!! Terrible hotel.

Great hotel quiet location which is what we wanted

I would recommend the hotel to anyone who likes there hotel quiet relaxed. It is out of the way and not well known by local drivers so make sure you know the address. The kitchen could use more variety in the food it serves but what it does have is very nice. Experience overall for a hotel not on beachfront was great with two pools and a fantastic garden cant fault.

Horrible stay, overpayed with bad service

Horrible Stay. I payed my whole 4 day stay by check in. When i checked out,they told me that they also charged one night on my Credit card. I asked them to cancel it. But they only cancel with a 4% charge. I have to take the money. At the end the CC charge does even not have my signature, but the answer was: it does not matter we can claim like that. Be prepared that the restaurant have no service in the afternoon, no really cold beer because of missing infrastructure ( no proffessional fridge)

Sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit 2 Pools in ruhiger La

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Denpasar an einer Umgehungsstraße. Die geräumigen, ruhigen Zimmer liegen im hinteren Bereich der Anlage in einer großen, schönen und gepflegten Gartenanlage. Es stehen zwei Swimmingpools zur Verfügung. Das Essen im Restaurant ist vielseitig, günstig und gut. Das Personal ist superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Aufgrund der Lage ist das Hotel für Ausflüge in alle Teile der Insel eine gute Startposition. Die Rezeption ist bei der Planung gerne behilflich. Wenn ein hoteleigenes Fahrzeug mit Fahrer zur Verfügung steht, kann dieses für Ausflüge gemietet werden (günstiger und praktischer als andere Fahrer, die überall ihre Dienste anbieten). Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle - Drop und Pick up - zum Strand (z. B. Sanurbeach ca. 10 Min. entfernt). In das touristische Zentrum Kuta sind es ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit. Das Hotel ist hervorragend zum Entspannen in ruhiger Atmosphäre geeignet. Wir haben uns in den acht Tagen unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt.

家族3人でジュニアスイートの部屋を予約しました。キングサイズベッド2台のはずが案内されたのはキングサイズベッド1台のデラックスルームで予約内容が違うと言ってもこの部屋がジュニアスイートだと言われネットで予約内容を見せるとネットの情報が間違っている、このホテルのジュニアスイートはこれしかない！と嘘をつかれました。お正月でホテルが込み合っておりダブルブッキングしたみたいです。私達は3人だからデラックスルームに通され大人数のお客をジュニアスイートに案内したみたいです。最後までホテルの人は誤りもせず返金も受け付けませんでした。幸いホテルズドットコムにすぐメールでお知らせし部屋はそのままで差額を少し返金してもらいました。 ホテルですが凄く古い建物です。庭は綺麗に手入れしてあります。部屋はジュニアスイートルームもデラックスルームもコテージでスーペリアが3階建てのほうです。こちらの部屋の広さは十分で天井が高く気持ちいいですがエアコンが建物と同じ古く全く冷えません。音もゴーゴーとうるさく夜は気になります。お風呂は古いせいかシャワーの量がチョロチョロとしか出ず洗うのに時間がかかります。やはり長年の汚れが目立ちます。シャワーカーテンが凄く臭かったです。タオルは1日目は換えてなく2日目からは掃除の時に部屋に居るようにしたらきちんと換えてました。 最初の日に部屋に凄く大きなゴキブリが出ました！フロントに電話をし直ぐに来るように言ってもなかなか来てくれず4回ほど電話してやっと来てくれました。カーテンの上に小さな虫が結構いました。 ホテル自体の場所は周りに何もなく（コンビニもない）タクシーでしか移動出来ません。不便な場所です。ホテルの地域内シャトルサービスは予約制で1時間前に言わないといけません。現地タクシーの人もここのホテルの名前を言っても誰も知らず真っ直ぐにたどり着くことは不可能でした。ここのホテルの地図入り名刺が必要不可欠です。 Wifi無料と書いてありますが確かに無料ですがレストランしか届かず部屋では出来ません。この事をフロントに言ったら24時間有効のネットカードをくれました。滞在中は毎日もらいました。 朝食は普通でジュースが何時でも冷えてて飲めたので良かったです。ガラディナーが安くておいしかったです。 プールは2つあるのでどっちも広くて深く十分に遊べます。 こんな感じでした。

枕は臭いがプールは広い

1番安いスーペリアルームに滞在しましたが、とにかく古い!!部屋はカビ臭いし枕は臭いし浴槽はペンキ？が剥がれてボロボロ、トイレからは水漏れ、スタッフの対応も遅い!!Wi-Fi有りと書いてあったがフロントの人は最初Wi-Fiはレストランしか使えないと言い、こちらが文句を言うと奥からWi-Fiカードを出して来たが、これまた低速でイライラ‼︎ ワンランク上の部屋はビラになっていて良さそうでした。ここのホテルで唯一プールが広くて良かった(落ち葉が沢山浮いていたが)タクシーの運転手にホテルの名前を言ってもなかなかわからなかった。ガラディナーも強制ではなかったが安くてまあまあだった。

Estive 14 dias no hotel. Todo o pessoal é competente e simpático. Ao 4o dia fiquei doente e como não melhorava, o hotel acompanhou-me ao hospital onde fui visto por um médico e medicado. Os jardins e a piscina de 100 metros são muito agradáveis. O hotel é um oasis de sossego no meio de Bali. Pelo que vi e falei com o staff do hotel, era preciso um pouco mais de atenção por parte do dono.

Guter Start in den Bali Urlaub

Schöner Pool und Garten. Zimmer groß und sauber. Klimaanlage funktioniert kaum. Ruhige Lage. Frühstück sehr einfach. Ideal für die ersten zwei Nächte nach Ankunft und anschließender Weiterreise. Kostenloser Hotelshuttle in die nähere Umgebung ist auch nötig da abgelegen.

スタッフの方々の温かみのある感じと、ホテルの雰囲気がとても良かったです。 こちらの質問等や疑問なども、とても親切に対応して頂きました。 ホテル自体もとても静かで、休暇などには本当に良いホテルだと思いました。 庭やプールもとても綺麗にされていて、部屋自体がコテージのような感じでとてもリラックスできました。 空港から少し遠いですが、本当に静かで良いホテルでした。 こちらの要望には親切に対応してくれますし、こちらから言う前に荷物等などを進んで運んで頂けたり スタッフの方々の気配りもとてもよく、本当に素敵なホテルです。
