Very pleasant stay in our 2 bedroom with private pool villa. Excellent service by very friendly and helpful staff especially DIKA and breakfast crew. Lovely to have the warm private pool at your doorstep. The hotel supply a shuttle that drops you off to many places and are more than happy to pick you up as well. The road noise at night is not a problem at all as it’s very quiet considering it’s on a busy road. Very pleasant stay.
Villa with a pool was inviting. Overall the accommodation was ok but in need of some updates. For a 2 bed the fridge was tiny barely get water in it. Beds and pillows comfy. Not so great was the noisy construction everyday it was not tranquil at all. The location on a busy road made it difficult to walk anywhere thank goodness for cheap grabs but they do offer a shuttle service into Senur.
Highlights- the staff. They were all so beautiful and lovely. Nothing was too much trouble.
I think what let it down was the location for me.

Takes forever to reply
Sprained my ankle in Bali. I asked the hotel to see if there were any exceptions to make to my reservation because I needed to leave Indonesia to get an MRI. They took 3 days to ask for proof of healthcare services. I provided them pictures of all my paperwork, and then they took another 3 days to respond ultimately to tell me it was too late to do anything. I was 10 days away from my reservation, but waiting for the hotel's response alone is part of the reason why it was too late. I would not recommend this hotel based on their slow communication.

We stayed at Sanora Villas for three weeks. The villa itself is okay and generally well equipped. Breakfast is limited to one plate per person but acceptable. Staff are polite, yet the location is on a main road, so open windows can be noisy.
Serious issues occurred during our stay. While we were away (still paying), management carried out renovations in our villa, including bathroom painting. The strong paint smell spread throughout the villa, causing severe headaches. One bedroom and bathroom became unusable, which is unacceptable for a paid two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa.
Additionally, our private pool was unavailable for a day due to lack of pre-chlorination. When we asked for an alternative room, we were told everything was fully booked. Only after threatening to leave did staff “find” another room.
The management offered a complimentary dinner as compensation, but only after WE requested it: first 20% off, then 30%, and finally free. Due to the headaches from the paint fumes, we couldn’t use it. After long discussions, we received a three-night refund, which still doesn’t reflect the disruption.
In summary: the villa is okay and staff are polite, but handling of problems was unprofessional and disappointing. Without these issues, the stay might have been positive, but under these circumstances, we cannot recommend Sanora Villas.
