「A very well located motel on the outskirts of Courtney centre. Lots of parking. Recently renovated the rooms were clean and well kept. Comfy beds, awesome shower. Very modern finish for a motel. Bonus was the free coffee machine 24hrs. Unfortunately pool was closed fue to the time of year, but there was a nice outdoor seating area, indoor bar top shuffleboard, and humongous TV in the lounge. Also they welcome dogs a d do it charge a fortune for them. The staff were so welcoming and kind.」

「The whole package… location, spaciousness, great kitchen amenities - espresso machine, bbq, milk etc…. Beautiful view and a cozy fireplace to warm up next to. 」

「新しいホテルでとてもきれいです。スタッフも感じが良くて気持ちよく過ごせました。予約していなかったので、レイクでボート・カヌーなどをすることがなく泊まるだけになったので何か予約をすすめます。夕食は近くの町へ行きましたが、ホテルでも出来そうです。チェックインは飛行機が遅れたので２２時近くになりましたが、問題なかったです。（一応事前に連絡はしましたが）」

「Room was fine. Staff were courteous, especially in helping with the uncooperative TV! All in all our stay was fine, though basic, although the price was "basic" too! So no complaints.」

「The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the views are phenomenal. The food was fantastic and they menu was varied enough to not be repetitive or boring. Lots of shops within an easy walk and access to tourist attractions is very simple, whether in town or traveling to the nearby area. Most definitely going to stay again as the staff made our stay very enjoyable.」

「Great location, nice and quiet. Suggest blackout curtains for the patio door as the lights of the outside units can’t be turned off so the room isn’t dark at night. Other than that we loved it, small And cozy. 」

「遅い時間のチェックインでしたが、対応してもらえました。ドライヤーが壊れていましたが、新しいものを届けてもらえました。翌朝のタクシー予約もスムーズでした。 ただ一点、ホテル名が他と混同しやすく、似たような名前のホテルが近辺にもあるようです。最初にホテル名を伝えたところ、近辺の別のホテルに案内されてしまいました。」

「Although we came here without a car, the staffs picked us up to the nearest bus stop and showed us around. When i talked with them , they were always smiling and helpful. Service in this hotel was much better than i expected. I wanna come here again.」

「The Riverside is a wonderful place to stay. The room was very clean and had a real cabin feel to it, very friendly and accommodating staff as well. 」

「The rooms were very cold. It took quite a bit of time to get the heat at a decent level. Heard everything above us all night. Good place to rest your head, but bring ear plugs」

「Room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Pool could use a fresh coat of paint, but was heated, which is fantastic in the cold weather! Staff were super friendly! We were on the first floor, so no view, but happy with our choice regardless! 」
