Large, cosy, simple apartment block "Playa Grande". 4 km from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea, from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property 20'000 m2 (fenced), park with lawn and trees, beautiful garden to relax, 3 swimming pools (37 x 32 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, poolhouse with WC, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: reception, restaurant, bar, lift. Shop 50 m, supermarket 180 m, restaurant, bar 20 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 6.2 km, ferry 5.4 km, sandy beach 50 m.
