Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator and features air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, built-in closets in all rooms, living-dining room, and a large terrace with a table for 6 people, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kitchen utensils, toaster, hairdryer, iron, clothesline, television, wifi connection, and more... Everything designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

The complex is located right next to the bus station, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Denia. The beach is a 20-minute walk away, although it's recommended to arrive by car if you want to bring umbrellas and loungers, as there is also parking available at the beach.
