「I am very disappointed with the experience. Whilst the hotel and vicinity were very comfortable and spacious we had paid for a booking for our mother to stay online through Expedia and received a payment receipt but then upon checking in a young lady who was the present hotel concierge insisted that the room was not paid for and insisted that my mother paid and so we have doubly paid for the reservation and are not getting any response from the supervisor as to how the funds my mother paid be...

「Lovely hotel, the staff are amazing and so friendly and welcoming. Amenities are excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean. I will definitely stay again and recommend!」

「I enjoyed my stay here. My bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice though I didn't try the restaurant for dinner as I was visiting friends and they preferred to take me local places. The hotel was clean and friendly. Would go back again if I'm staying in Warri.」
